Bare Bones is a traditional German-style Kolsch ale, light and crisp with just an hint of hop character for a clean, refreshing sip every time.     

6.5% ABV, 62 IBUs

Orange-hued IPA with strong, earthy resin and bright citrus notes from Citra, Nugget, Centennial, Columbus, & Ekuanot hops; finishes citrusy and dry.

ON HIATUS

6.0% ABV, 35 IBU's

Hop-forward red ale brewed with Chinook, Mosaic and Amarillo hops. Honey and toffee flavors from the malts perfectly balance citrus, apricot and subtle tropical fruit flavors of the hops.

Rice and pilsner based saison fermented with American saison yeast and aged 8 months in neutral oak barrels with brettanomyces yeast and passionfruit. Incredibly complex with tropical fruit, mild funk and tartness.

Code Talker

American Pale Ale

Clean American Pale ale heavily dry hopped with cascade and centennial hops for a mild bitterness and balanced citrus and mildly dank hop character. Recipe created and brewed by LT Goodluck in honor of his grandfather, John V. Goodluck, Navajo Code Talker, USMC.

Panda Strike Force

HAZY IPA

7% ABV, 25 IBUs

A bright and tropical hazy IPA brewed with a mix of new school Pacific Northwest-grown hop varieties. 

Barrel-Aged Groundskeeper Islay

 

9.6% ABV

A full-bodied, malt forward Scottish style ale brewed to tradition. Aged 11 months in American Whiskey barrels.  Dark copper body is complimented by rich notes of caramel, oak and vanilla and a dry finish.

Dunkelweiss

4.7% ABV, 16 IBU's

 

This refreshing dark wheat beer was open fermented with German Hefeweizen yeast to give it incredible depth and complexity for its mere 4.7% ABV. Our Dunkelweiss is one of only a handful of beers in the world brewed without any barley whatsoever.

Double India Pale Ale

8.5% ABV, 35 IBUs

Smooth and highly aromatic, with aromas of citrus, light piney resin and tropical fruit. Double dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic.

Fermented with Oregon-grown Cascade wet hop resin, double dry hopped with Bru-1, Idaho 7 & Mosaic

Pear and spice from the hops and Trappist ale yeast dominate in this classic Belgian blonde ale.

Brewed with Copper Fox Distillery applewood/cherrywood smoked malt. Smooth chocolate flavor with subtle fruity smoke character on the nose and the finish.
