Bare Bones is a traditional German-style Kolsch ale, light and crisp with just an hint of hop character for a clean, refreshing sip every time.     

6.5% ABV, 62 IBUs

Orange-hued IPA with strong, earthy resin and bright citrus notes from Citra, Nugget, Centennial, Columbus, & Ekuanot hops; finishes citrusy and dry.

6.0% ABV, 35 IBU's

Hop-forward red ale brewed with Chinook, Mosaic and Amarillo hops. Honey and toffee flavors from the malts perfectly balance citrus, apricot and subtle tropical fruit flavors of the hops.

Beyond The Infinite

Triple IPA

This triple IPA was dry-hopped with Idaho 7, Bru-1, Mosaic, and wet-hop resin from our hop farmers in the Pacific Northwest. Deceptively smooth and bursting at the seems with tropical flavor.

Sunbreaker is bold and complex 

Bavarian-style wheat beer made with 75% raw and malted wheat. Light and cloudy with ripe fruit and clove on the palate and just a hint of banana to finish.

Barrel-Aged Groundskeeper Islay

 

9.6% ABV

A full-bodied, malt forward Scottish style ale brewed to tradition. Aged 11 months in American Whiskey barrels.  Dark copper body is complimented by rich notes of caramel, oak and vanilla and a dry finish.

Dunkelweiss

4.7% ABV, 16 IBU's

 

This refreshing dark wheat beer was open fermented with German Hefeweizen yeast to give it incredible depth and complexity for its mere 4.7% ABV. Our Dunkelweiss is one of only a handful of beers in the world brewed without any barley whatsoever.

Double Chazzwazzer

 

8.5% ABV, 75 IBUs

Aggressive use of Australian Galaxy & Citra hops creates an explosion of pineapple, passion fruit and citrus in the glass. Vibrant, golden color and full body round out this Aussie-inspired beauty.
