Barrel Aged Belgian Golden ale with Tart Cherries
Belgian Golden ale base aged with wild yeast in neutral oak and One Eight distilling gin barrels for 4 years, with tart Montmorency cherries being added in the last 6 months of fermentation. Effervescent, dry, slightly funky with a tart cherry finish and subtle oak and vanilla barrel character. Very small batch. On tap till its gone!

A bright and tropical hazy IPA brewed with a mix of new school Pacific Northwest-grown hop varieties.
Barrel-Aged Groundskeeper Islay
9.6% ABV
A full-bodied, malt forward Scottish style ale brewed to tradition. Aged 11 months in American Whiskey barrels. Dark copper body is complimented by rich notes of caramel, oak and vanilla and a dry finish.

This refreshing dark wheat beer was open fermented with German Hefeweizen yeast to give it incredible depth and complexity for its mere 4.7% ABV. Our Dunkelweiss is one of only a handful of beers in the world brewed without any barley whatsoever.
