Orange-hued IPA with strong, earthy resin and bright citrus notes from Citra, Nugget, Centennial, Columbus, & Ekuanot hops; finishes citrusy and dry.
6.0% ABV, 35 IBU's
Hop-forward red ale brewed with Chinook, Mosaic and Amarillo hops. Honey and toffee flavors from the malts perfectly balance citrus, apricot and subtle tropical fruit flavors of the hops.

Blonde Stout w/ Coffee
An American blonde ale with a custom dark roast coffee from our neighbors at La Coop Coffee added. Also conditioned on fresh vanilla and cocoa nibs. Coffee and vanilla aromas dominate, with a chocolate finish.
Biscuity and super crisp flavor with a light noble hop character. Fermented with German lager yeast, and lagered 6 weeks. Prost!

Beyond the Infinite
Fermented with wet hop hash from Willamette Valley in Oregon (pure hop resin from hop harvest that contains almost no vegetal matter) and double dry hopped with Bru-1, Mosaic and Idaho 7. This beer is smooth and tropical with a mild resiny bitterness.

Barrel-aged brettanomyces saison with passionfruit
Rice and pilsner based saison fermented with American saison yeast and aged 8 months in neutral oak barrels with brettanomyces yeast and passionfruit. Incredibly complex with tropical fruit, mild funk and tartness.

Slightly tart and bursting with fresh orange flavor and aroma from over 100lbs of freshly juiced and zested Valencia oranges processed in house.
No More Malarkey
The biggest Belgian beer we've done to date. This beer gets its dark brown color from caramelized sugar added during the boil. The sugar all ferments out into alcohol, but leaves rich caramel, raisin and toffee flavors that pair beautifully with the fruit and spice from the Trappist ale yeast.
Panda Strike Force
7% ABV, 25 IBUs
A bright and tropical hazy IPA brewed with a mix of new school Pacific Northwest-grown hop varieties.
Barrel-Aged Groundskeeper Islay
A full-bodied, malt forward Scottish style ale brewed to tradition. Aged 11 months in American Whiskey barrels. Dark copper body is complimented by rich notes of caramel, oak and vanilla and a dry finish.

This refreshing dark wheat beer was open fermented with German Hefeweizen yeast to give it incredible depth and complexity for its mere 4.7% ABV. Our Dunkelweiss is one of only a handful of beers in the world brewed without any barley whatsoever.
